Group Training

If you find that 1-on-1 or single sessions don’t fit your style, or you’re too inconsistent to commit to them – don’t despair.

Put our group training sessions to the test!

With unlimited training from just $50 a week – you can enjoy weekly sessions with just a handful of other like-minded people at the same level of fitness.

Medium-sized groups cultivate an atmosphere of community, and our clients are always positive and supportive, encouraging each other to excel.

With our unique group sessions, you’ll also receive the personal attention that you need from our coaches.

Our workouts combine a range of styles. Sessions are thoroughly planned and conducted by our highly skilled and friendly Personal Trainers, and they incorporate resistance-based training, cardio based training, boxing, HIIT workouts, yoga, pilates and more.

Our session format eliminates mundane and monotonous routine and challenges each group member each session to strive for success. Designed for universal scalability, it serves as the perfect training style for any committed individual who is looking to become leaner, stronger, faster, fitter and more confident – regardless of experience and conditioning.

When you become a member, you will have exclusive access to some of the best training methods, a FREE monthly body scan, an accountability coach to keep you motivated and consistent, and even free 1-on-1 injury clinics

Body scans reveal your muscle mass and body fat percentages – which is important for your fitness goals.

Nutrition Coaching

It’s true what they say, you can’t out train your diet.

Nutrition is perhaps the most fundamental and yet the most overlooked aspect of fitness.

And the reason is quite simple: trying to burn the extra calories you eat can be much more taxing than cutting them out of your diet.

While you don’t have to follow a calorie-specific plan, it helps to know how the foods you eat can impact your physique and fitness goals. After all, gaining or losing fat/muscle is a simple equation of energy going in, versus energy going out.

That means if you want to know how much energy is in the foods you eat, or which particular foods will be most conducive to your body goals – our nutrition advice is key.

Using your unique profile, based on factors like height, weight, activity level, current food/nutritional habits and goals – we provide nutritional guidance that works with you, rather than against you.

As with most lifestyle advice, there will be a necessary learning curve. And while it can be off-putting to people who are not accustomed to change, or those who find it hard to break old habits – our nutrition coaching will work at a pace that helps you succeed and gives you the chance to reform old bad habits into healthy new ones.
